Felipao accused Tinga of not coming to the trainings anymore and doing so without explanations.
“Tinga has to accept the conditions of a professional athlete,” Felipao said. “When I left on my trip, the information was that he would carry on training and that we would meet on Friday.”
Palmeiras coach then pointed at the journalists saying that they didn’t know why Tinga wasn’t playing but that Tinga knew even if he pretended he didn’t.
“If every player that seat on the bench turn into softies, I would only have 11 players in the group,” he concluded.
