São Paulo"s midfielder Paulo Henrique Ganso is hopeful of returning to the national team for Saturday"s friendly game against Bolivia, as he keeps showing signs of progress at the Tricolor.

Ganso joined São Paulo for 9 million Euros last year, following difficult negotiations with Santos.

The midfielder has since then recovered from his injuries and has been slowly establishing himself among São Paulo"s starters.

The former Santos player had a good performance against Corinthians on Sunday, he told Estadão about the game: “I found a way to help marking, to be better positioned, and for those reasons I think I"m helping the team. I improved in every way and that helped me a lot".

Ganso also believes that he is now ready to play for Brazil in Saturday"s friendly against Bolivia, he said: “we always have hope [of getting called up] but I have to keep focusing on my work at São Paulo, help the club, that"s what I"m thinking about at the moment".
