Grêmio"s striker Marcelo Moreno is considering leaving the club as he feels he is not being given chances.

The Bolivian international played 57 matches for Grêmio in 2012, scoring 23 goals but his presence in the first team has been greatly reduced this year as he has played only 5 games so far.

Marcelo Moreno talked to RBS TV about his current situation, he said: “I had a good year [in 2012], but I"m now only watching games. I want to play."

The striker still has not talked with manager Luxemburgo about his situation, he said: “I have always respected his decisions, but I want a response."

He feels this is a bad moment in his career: “I came here to be a winner, I have not been it yet, but I thought this could be my year."

Marcelo Moreno does not rule a move, he commented: “I want to stay but it"s hard without playing. I wait for the right moment to make a decision. I have faith everything will be back to normal."

He has been linked to a number of other Brazilian clubs this year but no concrete offers have come yet.
