Parreira: Six players already guaranteed in 2014 World Cup squad
Brazilian national team coordinator Carlos Alberto Parreira affirmed that six players are almost certain to be in Brazil's squad in 2014.
He said: "Thiago Silva and David Luiz are certainly going to be called up. Daniel Alves, Júlio César, Fred and Neymar too."
The 1994 World Cup champion admitted though that some places are harder to decide, he said: "Then we have to see Luís Fabiano, Kaká, Leandro Damião."
"We have to make some difficult decisions. One of them is Kaká or Ronaldinho Gaúcho. Many people think neither should be called up, other people think both should be. And others think only one of them should and the other one shouldn't."
Parreira has also admitted that Brazil are not the main favorites to win the Confederations Cup, he said: "We are not favorites [in the Confederations Cup], especially if you consider position in the ranking."
"Spain are the favorites but you have to respect the yellow shirt."
