São Paulo"s forward Osvaldo has ruled out a move to a foreign club, as interest from Europe grows.
The 26-year-old has been linked to Ukrainian clubs Shakhtar Donetsk and Metalist Kharkiv, as well as Italian outfit Roma.
Osvaldo has, however, ruled out a move, he told reporters: “We dream of leaving the country, succeed abroad, just like I also dreamed of playing for a big club.
“Of course we dream, but I am focusing on São Paulo, [interest from other clubs] is normal, as I play for a big club, but the board made it clear they want me to stay. I want to stay."
Osvaldo has two Brazilian national team caps, as he played the friendly games against Bolivia and Chile in April.
He added: “I am very focused on São Paulo, I was called up thanks to São Paulo, that"s a dream and a goal that I achieved, I won my place at the team and I am very focused."
