Brazilians Rafael and Anderson both featured during Manchester United’s 5-1 friendly win over an A-League all-star team in the pre-season campaign.
Goals from Jesse Lingard, Danny Welbeck and Robin van Persie sealed the victory for the Red Devils in Australia.
Lingard opened the scoring with a coolly taken finish after a superb dummy from Welbeck and the latter turned goalscorer to double United’s lead with a neat finish.
The home side pulled a goal back through Berisha who buried the ball past the advancing Anders Lindegaard after a scramble in the penalty area.
Lingard then restored the lead with a sensational dummy and finish from the edge of the box before Welback added another with a header from a Van Persie corner.
Van Persie then rounded off the rout by tucking home the rebound after his initial effort was well saved by the All-Stars goalkeeper.
