Exeter set to wear Seleção colours in League 2 clash
League 2 side Exeter City will wear Seleção colours this weekend against AFC Wimbledon to celebrate the club's Brazil Day at St James Park.
The Grecians will sport their new third kit for the first time - yellow shirts with blue shorts and blue and white socks.
This is in tribute to their link with the formation of the Brazilian national team in 1914 when Exeter toured the South American country facing local sides, which led to birth of the Seleção.
Paul Tisdale's men have been granted permission by the Football League to change from their usual red and white striped home kit for Saturday's League Two match which sees Brazilian passport holders granted free entry.
The club are also set to travel to Brazil to face Fluminense next summer to commemorate their role as the opponents for the first ever fixture for the Seleção.
