New AC Milan signing Kaka has admitted his delight at returning to the San Siro after a four-year absence.
The Seleção star left Milan in 2009 for a world record fee but after becoming unhappy at the club, Adriano Galliani wasted no time in snapping up to midfielder on a two-year deal.
The 31-year-old agreed the deal on Sunday night and today Milan confirmed the signing subject to a medical.
He told Sky Sport Italia following completing the move: "I am returning home again.
"I am very happy to be back at Milan. We have a great team. I can't wait to play at San Siro again and feel the same emotions from before.
"I will be wearing the No.22 jersey again."
The former São Paulo player made nearly 200 Serie A appearances for Milan between 2003 and 2009, winning one league title in the process.
