FULL TIME - Brazil 6 (six) - 0 Australia
90' - Brazil chase more goals, and Australia's defending is becoming increasingly last ditch.
GOOOOOL!! Luiz Gustavo scores am absolute cracker from the corner of the box. Brazil lead 6-0!— Tom Webber (@thwebber) September 7, 2013
83' GOAL! - Brazil 6 - 0 Australia (Luiz Gustavo). Luiz Gustavo scores his first goal for Brazil, rifling a left foot effort into the top corner from outside the area. Nice one-two with Neymar in the build up.
80' - Pato's celebration with his hand on his face is supposed to represent a ducks foot. A play on words from his name which means 'duck' in Portuguese. He's quackers.
77' - SUBSTITUITION - Maicon off, Marcos Rocha on for Brazil.
75' - In the game of substitutions, you are either a sub or are subbed.
72' GOAL Brazil 5 - 0 Australia (Pato). Hernanes scoops a ball over the Australian defence for Neymar, who squares it to Pato to slot home. Great movement in the area from the Corinthians man.
70' SUBSTITUTION - Another one, Tom Rogic replaces Brett Holman for the Aussies.
67' SUBSTITUTION - Alexandre Pato replaces Jo for Brazil. No chance for a hat-trick for the big man then...
66' - Rest assured there will be plenty more substitutions as the game progresses.
64' SUBSTITUTION - Mark Milligan replaces Mile Jedinak for the Socceroos.
61' SUBSTITUTIONS - Dante comes on for David Luiz, Lucas Moura is on for Bernard, and Hernanes replaces Paulinho.
58' SUBSTITUTION - Archie Thompson replaces Tommy Oar for Australia.
57' GOAL - Brazil 4 - 0 Australia (Ramires). Ramires gets on the end of a cross from Maxwell's silver hammer of a left foot. The Chelsea man rises above the defender to head past Schwarzer.
54' - Great combination play from Maicon, Bernard and Ramires down the right. The three are on the fringes of the squad and are all looking to take their chance.
50' - The centre back then heads the ball into the back of the net from the corner, but the goal is disallowed as he was judged to have fouled his marker.
49' - Thiago Silva storms forward from centre back, playing a one-two with the skilful Bernard before winning a corner.
46' - The game restarts at the Mané Garrincha Stadium. Maxwell does come on for Brazil.
21:15 - The second half will begin shortly. It's likely that Maxwell of PSG will come on for the injured Marcelo.

HT - Brazil 3-0 Australia. Jô scored a brace, and Neymar added the third. Very convincing performance by the 5-time world champions. #BRAAUS— Seleção Brasileira (@BrazilStats) September 7, 2013
HALF TIME - Brazil 3 - 0 Australia. A dominant performance from Brazil against a poor Australian side sees them three goals to the good at half time.
45' - Just when you think it's all going well for Brazil, their star left back Marcelo goes down with a hamstring injury. Looks like a serious one for the Real Madrid man.
43' - Neymar plays another one-two with the Australian defence to go through on goal, but Schwarzer saves from the Brazilian number 10. However, a goal kick is given!
40' - Australia really struggling here. At the moment it's like a training game for Brazil. Maybe they'll conceded a few more corners to practice defending set pieces.
35' GOAL Brazil 3 - 0 Australia (Neymar). Neymar scores his 25th goal for Brazil, after a great pass from Ramires put him through on goal.
33' GOOOOOL Brazil 2 - 0 Australia (Jo) - Maicon plays Bernard in behind on the right, and the diminutive winger crosses for Jo to convert.
33' - Neymar solves the problem of the Australian defensive wall by playing a one-two with it.
30' - Brazil are still on top, passing the ball around nicely in midfiled, but they're currently struggling to get past the wall of Australian defenders.
23' - Brazil counter, and Neymar makes a jinking run through the Australian defence, but puts his shot over the bar.
22' - Three corners in quick succession for Australia. They look dangerous from them, but can't direct their headers.
18' - Australia win a corner, and predictably win the header, but they can't direct it.
16' - Jo has the ball in the net again, but Ramires was called for offside earlier in the move - looked like a close call!
14' - The chance comes to nothing as the Australian 'keeper Schwarzer cleans up at the back.
13' - Neymar fouled by Kruse. Cynical challenge from the Australian gives Brazil a dangerous free kick.
8' - GOAL! Brazil 1 - 0 Australia (Jo). Bernard hits the post after receiving the ball from a Neymar cross. But striker Jo is on hand to put in the rebound.
5' - Brazil are camped in the Australian half already. Ramires putting in a dangerous cross but there was no one there to put it away.
3' - Bernard starts on the right and is already worrying the Australian defence.
1' - We're under way in Brasilia!
